Assumptions

Anything the plan set does not show is labelled ASSUMED. Please confirm or correct.

• ASSUMED Colors: no 2026 contract or color selection is in the Greg Martz folder (the only Martz contract found is Graber #28991 from 2020 for a different 40x60x14 building, and it says 'Colors to be determined'). Siding Graber 'Light Stone' (#C9C3B3) and Galvalume roof are placeholders. Only White trim is on the drawings.
• ASSUMED Fascia, rake trim, soffit, corner trim, doors and window trim drawn White to match the '5 1/2in White Trim' note.
• ASSUMED No stone wainscot: the 9-21-26 elevations show none (the 1/27/26 S1 and 9/2/26 West elevation showed 'Stone Wainscot (by owner)' with a Versetta Stone cap; treated as superseded).
• ASSUMED Truss spacing 4' o.c. and the web pattern. A2 gives only the scissor profile (7/12 top, 2/12 bottom).
• ASSUMED Wall build-up about 3in (girts + G-Rib). Stem wall top 1' above slab and grade 6in below slab.
• ASSUMED Double slider read as 14' wide x 14' high (scaled from the West elevation and the 14' wall segment on A1); track header about 27'. Walk door 3'0in x 6'8in half-lite. Gable windows about 4'9in square with 4 lites (scaled), sill at 16' per the West elevation. The same window is shown on the East gable.
• ASSUMED Porch beam 3-ply 2x12 and porch rafters 2x8 at 2' o.c. (A2 shows the 2.5/12 porch roof on treated 6x6 posts but no member sizes). Porch has no slab on the plans, so none is drawn.
• ASSUMED Mezzanine deck top 10'-11in (9'-8 3/4in + 14in I-joists, A2). I-joists drawn at 16in o.c. Partitions are 2x4 with drywall, 10' tall to the joists. Interior doors 3'0in x 6'8in. Stair guard rail height 3'6in.
• ASSUMED Walk door step 18in deep at the West walk door (the floor sits about 1' above grade).
• ASSUMED Electrical: no outlets, lights or panel are on the plans, so the Electrical layer is empty. Brook's rule is that outlets are vertical, so any added later will be drawn vertical.
• ASSUMED SITE: the Wasson Nursery site sheet (1/7/2026) does not show the barn, so the whole site is placed north of the porch with the pump house centre 74' north of the porch line and 25' east of the barn centre. Confirm the real location.
• ASSUMED SITE: element sizes and positions were scaled off the 1/8in=1ft sheet (about +/-2'). Water levels are per the sheet labels. Boulder counts and sizes, waterfall size, tree sizes and the step location are illustrative.
• ASSUMED PUMP HOUSE: 16x20 with a hip roof to a point and a 1' overhang come from Greg's 6/10/2026 truss email. Wall height 12', roof pitch 10/12, stone walls and red roof (from the 3D pics), and the door and window positions are ASSUMED.
• ASSUMED RVT files (Martz Barn 2026.rvt and .0002 to .0021 backups) can't be parsed on this box, and no Martz IFC is in Grokbot Files/IFC Files, so the model is built from the PDFs.
• ASSUMED barn location: not visible in the aerial (built after it). Placed on the flattest open pad north of the house (local m -37.9,-45.7). Slab = mean grade + 0.15 m.
• ASSUMED site location: pump house at local m (6.5,12.9), east of the house deck, matching the sheet's drive arc. Each site object is seated on its local grade.
